Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Region Tournament Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Region Tournament Pro is a mobile application that enables tournament directors to create and manage fishing tournaments, and allows anglers, guides, and other participants to submit catches, view leaderboards, and track tournament results.

User Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Using the email address associated with your tournament invitations

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Tournament Rules and Conduct

Participants agree to:

• Submit only accurate, legitimate catch data
• Not submit fraudulent, fabricated, or duplicate catches
• Follow all rules established by the tournament director
• Comply with all applicable fishing laws and regulations
• Treat other participants, tournament directors, and guides with respect

Tournament directors have sole discretion to approve, reject, or disqualify catches within their tournaments.

Tournament Directors

Tournament directors are responsible for:

• Establishing and communicating clear tournament rules to participants
• Ensuring the tournament complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Managing participant disputes fairly
• Accurately configuring tournament settings including species, scoring, and schedules

Region Fishing is not responsible for the conduct, rules, or outcomes of individual tournaments created by third-party tournament directors.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Region Tournament Pro to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent catch data
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable fishing laws or wildlife regulations

Photos and Content

By submitting photos to Region Tournament Pro, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display those photos within the context of the tournament in which they were submitted.

You retain ownership of your photos. We will not use your photos for marketing or advertising without your explicit consent.

Disclaimers

Region Tournament Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The accuracy of leaderboard calculations
• Delivery of push notifications (dependent on device and network conditions)
• GPS accuracy for catch location recording

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Region Fishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to tournament disputes, missed catches due to technical issues, or data loss.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
